Core – Ladies Only
This class is designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen and back muscles and increase flexibility.
Based on athletic training principles, core training workout is designed to make you stronger and assist with balance and injury prevention.
Lower body – Ladies Only
Lower body exercises target your legs and glutes. Strengthening these areas will not only improve your functional fitness levels, gives your body beautiful proportions but they are also really important for preventing injury.


HIIT - ENDURANCE
This HIIT workout uses short bouts of high intensity intervals in order to help you burn fat and increase your endurance in as little time as possible. The exercises are a blend of bodyweight cardio, challenging toning moves, and plyometrics.
HIIT - STRENGTH
A form of interval training of very intense exercise alternated with recovery. It’s typically known as a cardiovascular (relating to heart health) exercise. The high intensity portion can last anywhere from 15-30 seconds to five minutes.
